Critical I Ltd, who provide qualitative and quantitative market research, trends and statistical analysis of the biotech sector in Europe and valuable business support in the form of planning and business development, had purchased QuickBooks Pro® and used it to produce invoices and record some expenses.

Knowing that the QuickBooks® file was not up to date and not used as effectively as it might, we were asked to help out. We cleaned up the data file, matched everything to the Bank records and then handed the complete file back. This was followed by a visit to train a member of staff to use the QuickBooks® programme properly.
